St. John Bosco Parish, Makati is located at the Makati City Central Business District.  The entrance of the church is along Antonio S. Arnaiz Ave. formerly Pasay Road. Landmarks near the church include the Don Bosco Technical Institute, Waltermart, and Makati Cinema Square.

The Map indicates the boundaries of the parish marked with red lines.  The Parish is bounded to the west by Pres. Sergio Osmeña Highway from Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia) up to Epifanio de los Santos Ave. (EDSA).  To the south, EDSA from Pres. Sergio Osmeña Highway up to Antonio S. Arnaiz Ave. (Pasay Rd).  To the east, Arnaiz Ave. from EDSA up to Makati Ave., Makati Ave. from Arnaiz Ave. up to Paseo de Roxas, and Paseo de Roxas from Makati Ave. up to Sen. Gil Puyat Ave.  Then to the north, Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. from Paseo de Roxas up to Pres. Sergio Osmeña Highway.
