VISION:

A healthy community that is GOD fearing and law-abiding.

MISSION:

1. To provide medical/dental assistance to the indigents.

2. Undertake programs that take care of the sanitation and environmental care of the community.

3. Participate actively in the implementation of the Health program of the DOH.

4. Enhance programs that care and promote rehabilitation.

5. Initiate Health care dedicated to the elderly and terminally ill.

6. Generate interest for the welfare of the poorer sector of the community.
