Ministry for
the Sick, Elderly & Differently-Abled
The Ministry for the Sick, Elderly and Differently Abled is the
lastest addition to the outreach initiative of the Archdiocese of
Manila to service the needs of our sick, elderly and differently-abled
sisters and brothers.
Through this ministry, the parish provides transport service to
these special members of our community to allow them to attend the
10:00AM and 4:00PM Sunday Masses. Ushers are assigned to
these masses to provide escorts to these members of the community.
Moreover, members of the parish's Extraordinary Ministers of Holy
Communion (EOMHC) go to the houses of our sick brethren to give
them Holy Communion. There are ongoing programs to include
also our deaf sisters and brothers to allow them to more actively
participate in the Mass through the use of sign language. |
